Chamonix center is at 5 minutes by car and at 20 min by walk along rivers.

5 bedrooms all ensuite are located on the ground level (can be either made up as double or twins) in front of the garden, all on the south exposition, all with flat screen TV.

On the first floor the kitchen is equipped for a Chef but can be easily used and it offers as well a breakfast corner, a terrace overlooking the amazing Drus mountain at the north of the chalet.
The living room is also on the first floor under the frame with dining area and sitting area in front of huge central fireplace, opened on a beautiful terrace facing the Mont-Blanc chain.
The master bedroom is located at the same level with dressing, bathroom showers, wc.
In the basement you will find a large typical Turkish hammam.
The large garden, welcome an heated swimming pool, to relax after a mountain day.
