    This semi-detached chalet, built by a local architect, is ideally located on the Praz plain (next to the small lake), in a residential area, between Chamonix (20 minutes’ walk from the town center) and the village of Praz de Chamonix, 15 min walk from the Flégère ski lifts (connected to Brévent) and the famous 18-hole golf course.

    On the ground floor of the Juancama, the whole space is open which offers a generous living room with equipped kitchen, bar to share a drink or breakfast, then the conventional dining table as well as the insert fireplace, tv and the sofas to curl up by the fire, on winter or rainy days.

    There are also beautiful openings to the outside and therefore onto the terrace and the small garden, overlooking Mont-Blanc, Les Drus, Le Brevent.

    On the first floor under the beautiful frame is the sleeping area for 6 people, with cut-out beams that remind us of the mountain refuge:

    Charges not included: electricity, snow removal from the car park , cleaning lady during the stay (obligatory), end of lease cleaning, end of lease laundry (bed and bath linen, duvets, pillows …)
