The chalet can accommodate 6 people + 2 visitors, located in Les Houches, 5 minutes from the ski lifts, offering a view of the bottom of the Chamonix valley and its needles (Aiguille du Midi, Drus), as well as the Brévent and a magnificent view of Christ Roi from the village of Coupeau.
The chalet is built on several levels, which creates spaces for everyone:
On the ground floor – 1, are the entrance, 1 toilet, 1 large storage cupboard, 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed area, 1 large shower room, 1 laundry room with washing machine dryer, very large dressing area, then view of the swimming pool (closed in winter) and the garden, a gym area opened by large bay windows.
The ground floor +1 offers the large living room, with modern kitchen open to the dining area and the living room with large plasma screen (canal + subscription, Netflix) 1 bathroom wc, access to the garden and terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
